A revolutionary event took place this evening in Vienna’s new district to be, called Seestadt Aspern. In 2028, 20.000 citizens will have found a new home only a half an hour subway ride away from Vienna’s St. Stephan’s dome. On the largest construction site in Austria, 43 cranes performed on a former airfield of 21 hectares what the organizers called the largest crane ballet on earth. The music was specially composed for the show tonight, Symphony sounds combined with electro tunes accompanied the 20-minute choreography.







Wet feet with GEOX – not.

The Norwegian Agency SMFB has stunned commuters with a promotion campaign for the clothing brand Geox to advertise for the weatherproof material of their shoes in high streets around Europe. The agency created an artificial rain cloud that hung above weatherproof young gentleman. Some, like the one I ran into in Vienna yesterday, shivered while the rain poured from the cloud but shouted at people: “But my feet are completely dry.” and received pityful grins from those surrounding him.

At the end, we saw handsome young dudes in gorgeous shoes who delivered GEOX’ main campaign value: stay dray whatever the weather. Gorgeous? Well, Geox is …

Stylish bar in Vienna’s 6th district. If you were to compare the area that ‘If dogs run free’ is located in to NYC, lower Gumpendorfer Strasse is probably similar to Mercer Street in Soho. It’s cute. Check it out.

Urban Experience Project # 2 in Neu Marx

Cows in Jackets goes Christmas. We (Concept/Idea: Daniela Krautsack – Execution: Gudrun Lenk-Wane with Albert Huspeka – Assistance: Marilen Hennebach – Graphic Design: Roland Kalusa) designed the coolest X-Mas caravan that serves punch & hot spiced wine in Vienna’s Media Quarter Neu Marx recently. Oh, and we decorated the near-by tree that looks a bit sad without its leaves. And we baked cookies. And already made Neu Marx’ employees laugh on our launch evening. 3 weeks of home-made stuff. Yumm. We love jobs that make us combine design — decoration — and culinary delights.
